on Responsibilities of Bar/Bat Mitzvah
on Hello!
When you reach the age of Bar or Bat Mitzvah life changes, you get to participate in a lot more things, like lighting the Shabbat candles, doing tefillin and many more. Tefillin and Talit are very important, they each remind us of g-d in a different way. Tefillin reminds us of our thoughts and our actions. The tallit is also important, used as a prayer shawl and to remind us to follow all of the mitzvot. This is interesting because even though I don’t understand everything about it the stories behind them are cool. Even now after learning all about them I still wonder why we have to wear tzitzit on only a four-cornered shirt or why is the colour of the tefillin what it is.

three meaningful Mitzvot
on לֹֽא־תִקֹּ֤ם וְלֹֽא־תִטֹּר֙ אֶת־בְּנֵ֣י עַמֶּ֔ךָ וְאָֽהַבְתָּ֥ לְרֵעֲךָ֖ כָּמ֑וֹךָ אֲנִ֖י יְהֹוָֽה׃
“You shall not take vengeance or bear a grudge against members of your people. Love your fellow [Israelite] as yourself: I am יהוה “ (Leviticus 19:18).
This mitzvah I have selected is not taking revenge. This means to be always kind to other people and to not get back at somebody even if they wronged you first. I believe this is very important because even though somebody does something bad to you doesn’t mean you can get back at them, things will only get worse. this could impact my life and others because if nobody takes revenge and is mean to each other people will live happier lives.
There are many lessons to be learned from this mitzvot
לֹֽא־תִשְׂנָ֥א אֶת־אָחִ֖יךָ בִּלְבָבֶ֑ךָ הוֹכֵ֤חַ תּוֹכִ֨יחַ֙ אֶת־עֲמִיתֶ֔ךָ וְלֹֽא־תִשָּׂ֥א עָלָ֖יו חֵֽטְא:
You shall not hate your brother in your heart. You shall surely rebuke your fellow, but you shall not bear a sin on his account. (Lev 19:17)
This Mitzvah tells you that you cannot embarrass others. It tells you that you can’t point out embarrassing things about people in public or make them do something uncomfortable, this is important because when you embarrass your friends or family it’s mean and unnecessary, it can cause arguments and you may lose your friendship. This can impact me because if I don’t embarrass others they will do the same for me
The next mitzvah is not to hate fellow Jews. This mitzvah is also a part of Lev 19:17. The meaning of this mitzvah is to love everyone around you. This is important because you should love all people, especially Jews you can make new friends when you hang out with new people. This can effect me because if i am nice to others they will be nice to me

on mon meilleur souvenir
Mes meilleurs souvenirs sont ceux de la Floride et des Bahamas avec ma famille.L’un de mes endroits préférés est Ocean Reef. Mes grands-parents avaient un bateau et ma famille a dormi dans le bateau presque à chaque fois que nous sommes partis en voyage. Mon endroit préféré est un endroit qui s’appelle Atlantis aux Bahamas. Voici une vidéo. ATLANTIS BAHAMAS Bien sûr, je n’ai pas fait tout ce qu’il y avait à faire, mais ce que j’ai fait était très amusant. J’adore la Floride et les Bahamas. Lorsque nous ne sommes pas sur le bateau, ma famille séjourne dans l’appartement de mes grands-parents. J’aime aussi la maison de ma tante, qui a un chien, et ma petite cousine. Je ne peux pas attendre mon prochain voyage en Floride ou aux Bahamas.

המגרה השלישית של סבא
on the story so far is about a kid that really likes to go to his grandfathers house. in the house there is an office witch is his favorite room in the office there are three drawers two of witch he is allowed to go in and one he can not. when he is left at the house alone he goes to get stuff out of the the top drawers when he sees the key on the shelf. he opens up the drawer and sees what is inside. I think that there are things in the drawer that he has from when he was taken away by the Germans. one of the things could be the star that all the jews where given during the war.
this years reflection
on this year i achieved learning new vocabulary. it was helpful learning all of it in class and also playing Wordwall and Gimkit.
this year i don’t really think that blogging helped me grow.
my tips for the next grade 5 is to take a lot of time to study for tests.
My SMART goals reflection
on This year my goal was to get less frustrated when I don’t understand. I think I achieved it for the most part by asking for help if I need it. I think I might have to try more next year though. I think not getting frustrated as much helped with work and not just wanting to give up even if i just started. I think it has helped me in math a lot too.
